Returns/Exchanges
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a full refund. A copy of the invoice must be included in each return package. Any merchandise returned after 30 days will be accepted only with a 15% restocking fee. Any jewelry that has been worn, altered or engraved is not returnable. Defective items must be returned within seven days of the receipt of the order. You must call our customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
